Happy Birthday Sweet Baby!!! Mommy and Daddy Love You!!

Chalee had her portraits taken Saturday to prepare for the big day.  Two years old in just two weeks and I cannot believe how fast the time has gone!  It seems like just yesterday that we were watching her eat her cake on her 1st birthday.  Click here for her pics.  Olan Mills changed their online format, so unfortunately these are smaller than they used to be.  Perhaps Daddy knows a trick I do not and can get them straightened out, but I wanted to get them up for all to see!  I should be getting the prints in a few weeks for the families. Enjoy!

Daddy got Chalee a Diego and Baby Jaguar desk which she loves to sit in.  She sat in it to color, tried to convince the cats to jump up, and even had to sit at it to put her shoes on.  I had to assure her it would still be there when we got home so she would go to school.  There are also a few pics of her sleeping and goofing around.

Had to include these shots of Chalee man-handling the cat. She wanted Lincoln to sit in her lap, but he had other ideas. Oddly enough, he followed her around for quite awhile after this.

Chalee went to the zoo on Monday.  She seemed to have the most fun in the water park, and when it was time to go she was soaked and demanded that we stay.  When she got home she slept for 2 1/2 hours…must have worn her out!

Well let’s see…there is Marty, absolutely. Sometimes Mommy and Daddy, other times Gammy and Pops….but mostly Marty…Marty…Marty…Marty!!

Finally! A beautiful weekend for Chalee to play in the pool.  She is much better at climbing in and out this year, and the swim shoes were a big plus.  Chalee scratched her legs up playing on the patio and had to have a bandaid.  She acted like she couldn’t bend her knee with it on…it was pretty cute.  She kept forgetting about it, and then she would remember and look down really fast to make sure it was still there.
