Here are some pics of Circus Days at the Historical Society. We had fun walking around and checking out the clowns. Chalee had her face painted which went better than expected. There are a few other pics of Chalee palying with Lincoln and Gavin.
Saturday, I decided to have a little Easter Party with Chalee. We dyed eggs and made Hoppy and Chickie cookies. The Easter egg decorating went well, we also dyed the floor, our clothing, and the table. More icing was consumed and worn then put on the cookies…so we had an extra long bathtime to follow and a big glass of milk. We watched Mickey’s Easter Hunt and snuggled on the couch. It was wonderful and messy and tons of fun!!
Chalee has been very busy making the rounds this month. Pops brought her a very large Easter basket and she had a lot of fun tearing everthing out of it with Gam. We also went to visit Uncle Cory and played with his kitties and on his stairs. The rest are just pics of her around the house, pretending to drive my car, and getting ready for church.
Apparently the song needs to be rewritten as “Will I say my ABC’s” instead of “Can I”. Check out this adorable video of Chalee teasing Mommy and saying her alphabet!
Ok I have been stockpiling the pics the last week or so, so I am going to post a pic from each group and then you can click to go to the rest. Chalee is using more words in sentences and is having little whispered conversations with herself. I think she is practicing before she amazes us with her next speech. She has been down to see Nena and Papa and her greatgranny this last week. We are very excited the she is out of the hospital and doing well. Most of the pics are just of her being silly, and some more really cute ones of her playing with hats and hoppy with Papa.
